The Mighty Five

It is with non-meditation that the Dharmakaya arises.

Never seek for anything for in so doing you will be gaining everything.

Refrain from attempting to eradicate thoughts, simply allow them to self-liberate in their own fashion.

Engaging in too many useless activities is like giving praise to Mara, since they are essentially demonic in origin.

Recollect that all fear and terrors of the night are just twisted illusions of the morbid mind. Give them no heed lest they devour you whole.
