Nirvana: Early Foundations
The early formulations of Nirvana hinges upon primary ideations of what constitutes life after death. Materialists would not even consider notions of what happens to the corporeal frame after the life cycle ended. For them all life simply ceases to exist in any form since the “Material Substance” is hereafter disbanded altogether. Eternalists emphasized the notion that the “individual soul” lingers on after death into some form of heavenly paradise. This idea continues today in Christianity and other mainline religions. Other spiritual schools insist that the “person” dissolves away after the earthly sojourn and now merges with and enjoys some impersonal embrace of an all-encompassing Absolute. Others, like Hinduism, believed that the individual soul would return to its earliest primal state after many rebirths.

The Top-Ten Qualities of the Ratnagotra
We have arrived at the core-teaching of the Ratna: all sentient beings are endowed with the Buddhagarbha, or the transcendent seed (gotra) of Bodhi. It is taught as Vajra-point four–the Dhātu, or the essence of the Buddha-Element—Tathagata-garbha. As essence, the Dhātu as the inner-most nature is still best serviced by the Gotra, or the [Germ] bodhi-seed enlivening one with the spirit of Bodhi. Obermiller’s translation of the forthcoming is “And the Germ of Buddhahood exists in every living being. Therefore, forever and anon, all that lives is endowed with the Essence of the Buddha.”

The-Thing-In-Itself
Before we enter into the Kantian connection with the Madhyāntavibhāga, it needs to be shared what Stcherbatsky’s notion of “Yoga” entailed, for it is a most profound one:
The Greatest Liberation
Before concluding this series on Evola the inclusion of one more “technique” of mind development is in order since it synchronistically ties-in with one from our last series, one that is concerned with “Nimitta—a particularized focal-point, or a ‘brilliant light’ that becomes the singularity (to the exclusion of all other phenomena) within the Mind’s Eye.”

Four: The Yoga of Gnosis
Tozen was right on the mark when he recently described Krishna as an avatar of Vishnu:
Now when we look at Vishnus spiritual incarnation known as Krishna in the world and Krishna consciousness in the sambhokaya continuum, the black skin you refer to on Krishna, is just a symbol in early hindu paintings of this 8th incarnation of the Brahma Vishnu the maintainer, being as SUCH, fully aware of the Dark Principle of the One Mind, that permeates all ten directions of the three kayas and certainly this Universe, thus regulating its mechanics on the subatomic quantum plane.
